Digital products are non-refundable due to their instant-access digital nature. When you purchase these materials, you receive immediate access to valuable content that cannot be returned. Please reach out with any questions about a product before purchasing if you're unsure if it's right for you.

Life Alignment Assessment

The Life Alignment Assessment is non-refundable once I've begun working on your personalized analysis. Because this service involves my dedicated time, energy, and expertise in creating your custom assessment, I cannot offer refunds after the process has begun. If you have questions about whether this service is right for you, please reach out before purchasing.

Coaching Packages

Coaching packages are non-refundable investments in your transformation journey. These packages represent a commitment we make to each other—your commitment to your growth and my commitment to supporting you fully through the process. When you secure your coaching package, I reserve dedicated time and energy specifically for you that cannot be reallocated to other clients.

If circumstances arise that make it impossible for you to continue with coaching, please contact me directly to discuss your situation. While refunds are not available, I may be able to offer alternative solutions on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

I honour your time and ask that you honour mine as well. My cancellation policy allows me to serve all my clients with the highest level of attention and care.

Individual Coaching Sessions

48-Hour Notice: If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions can be rescheduled once within the same package timeframe.
Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be considered completed. In cases of genuine emergency, exceptions may be considered at my discretion.
No-Shows: If you miss a scheduled session without prior notification, the session will be considered completed and cannot be rescheduled.
